Do you sell the hangers separately?
We do not sell the hangers separately, the hose & hanger come boxed together as a kit.
Do your hoses get sticky over time?
Absolutely not! We have designed our hoses so that the exterior will not get that awful sticky texture like a lot of other hoses on the market. Ours will stay soft & smooth.
What is included in the kit?
Included in the kit are a 20-meter garden hose and a sturdy metal hanger. Noteworthy, the kit doesn't come with connectors, nozzles, or screws for mounting the hanger. For those interested in the brass nozzle set featured in our styled images <click here>
If I order more than one hose, will they arrive together?
All of our hose kits are individually boxed. We do send everything at once, but sometimes courier drivers will deliver on seperate days (this is something we can't control). If you do have more than one hose, you will receive individual tracking numbers for each box.

How is my hose kit packaged?
Our packaging is intentionally minimalistic, without any unnecessary embellishments. While packaging that is adorned with extravagant features may appear impressive, we believe it often results in wastage of materials that ultimately end up discarded. Therefore, we have chosen to keep our packaging exceptionally simple.
What if my hose kit arrives damaged or I receive the wrong colour?
If your order arrives damaged or if you have received the wrong colour, please email hello@xogardenaccessories.com.au so that we can evaluate the issue and fix the problem. Please also include photos of the product in your email.
Please note: there may be some slight imperfections on your hanger or even your hose, these are completely unavoidable in production. These will not affect the overall use of your product. The only thing that will affect the use of your product is if the individual components are not functioning correctly.
Do the metal hangers rust?
All metal over time will rust if left out in the elements. To prevent this, we recommend using a rust guard <click here> which is best sprayed on before mounting your hanger.
Do you ship from Australia?
We are an Australian company. Our warehouse is located in Caves Beach NSW. If you live local, you're more than welcome to come pick up your order. <click here> to organise this service.
How much is shipping?

How long does it take to get my order?
Orders are processed as quickly as possible, usually within 1-2 business days.
Australian estimated delivery times:
- Metro Areas | 2 - 5 business days
- WA, NT, TAS & Rural areas | 5 - 14 business days
International estimated delivery times:
- 10 - 28 business days
As mentioned above, if you live local, you're more than welcome to pick your order up from our warehouse in Caves Beach NSW.
Does my order come with tracking?
All orders come with tracking. You will receive a tracking link once it has been booked with a courier. Please keep an eye on your tracking for any updates & ETA’s.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately not, we need a physical address. If you live rural, you can request to have it sent to your local post office. You just need to give us those details when placing your order.

Can I drink from the hose?
Like any garden hose, we do not recommend drinking from it. Garden hoses, unlike plumbing inside your home, aren't manufactured to deliver safe drinking water. In addition to bacteria, mould, and possibly the odd frog, the water from a garden hose typically contain some chemicals.
Will the paint peel off the hose?
Definitely not. These hoses are not painted, they are manufactured just like the green hoses, but in different colours. So you will not have any paint peeling off.
Can I return my hose if I change my mind?
If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return the hose kit for a full refund less shipping costs within 14 days, but it must not have been used or hung.

Do you offer a warranty?
Our garden hoses are built to last with our 5 year warranty! This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or issues with the product itself. However, it does not cover any mistreatment of the product or the hose hanger. We suggest that you handle your garden hose with care in order to ensure its longevity.
Can I cancel my order?
You can, but only if you haven't yet received a tracking link. Once you receive that, it means that your order is already onboard with our driver.
