Shipping is $13.95 Australia wide.

Processing & Delivery Times

We move fast—orders are processed within 1-2 business days because we know you’re excited to start hosing.

Estimated Delivery Times:

🦘 Australia

• Metro Areas: 4 - 7 business days
• WA, NT, TAS & Rural Areas: 8 - 14 business days (Yep, Australia is huge.)

🌿 New Zealand

• 10 - 28 business days (We love you, NZ, but the Tasman Sea is a tricky one.)

Delivery Process

• No signature required! Our couriers will do their best to leave your package in a safe spot.
• If there’s no secure place, they’ll take it to the nearest depot—like a timeout for packages.
• Keep an eye on your tracking link to avoid a game of "Where’s My Parcel?"
• If you ghost your parcel for 7 days, it boomerangs back to us, and a return shipping fee will apply.

Tracking Information

Once your order is booked with our courier, we’ll send you a tracking link. Use it! (Trust us, it’s better than refreshing your inbox every five minutes.) If your parcel bounces back to us, a re-delivery fee will apply.

Local Delivery

If you live in Newcastle, we will deliver it for free.
