Our designer hoses are just like any regular hose, but we would like to offer some extra tips to ensure optimal usage:

1. Unravel the hose and lay it completely flat, removing any twists or bends that occurred during manufacturing. It's important to eliminate pulls or resistance in the hose for smooth operation. 

2. Attach your desired fittings (not included) to the hose and run water through it until the water runs clear. This will help remove any residue or debris from the manufacturing process.

3. When rolling the hose back up, be careful to avoid twisting and bending. This will help maintain the integrity of the hose and make storage easier.

4. The extra thick hose wall gives a kink rating of 10 which means no more annoying kinks. 

5. Before mounting your hanger, we recommend using a rust guard product to protect the metal from the elements. You can find a product we like to use by clicking here.

Please note that the metal hose hangers are not rust-resistant and will naturally rust over time. Applying this spray can help slow down the process. If possible, we recommend storing your hose in a sheltered area to protect it from the elements. Please be aware that our metal hose hangers are not covered under warranty.

To mount your hanger, we suggest using two wall plugs and white screws (not included). If you're renting or prefer not to mount it on a wall, you can use the middle section to hang the hose over a tap or hook instead.

Australian estimated delivery times:

• Metro Areas | 4 - 7 business days 
• WA, NT, TAS & Rural areas | 8 - 14 business days 

New Zealand estimated delivery times:

• 10 - 28 business days

No signature is needed for the delivery of orders. Couriers will leave your parcel in a secure location if available; otherwise, they will transport it to the nearest depot. This is why it’s important to keep an eye on your tracking, so you can coordinate a re-delivery or collection. Failure to make arrangements within 7 days will result in the return of your parcel(s) to us, with a subsequent return shipping fee.

We will provide you with a tracking link once your order has been booked with our courier. Please keep an eye on your tracking. If it is returned to us, you will incur a re-delivery fee.

Our warehouse is based in Caves Beach NSW. if you live local, you're more than welcome to pick up your order. You can select this option at checkout. 

Delays in shipping are not our responsibility. We aim to get your order to you within our time frame, but due to some circumstances and courier drivers, we encounter the occasional delay. 

We understand the importance of customer satisfaction, and we are pleased to offer a 30-day return policy for our hose kits. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30-days of receipt, excluding the shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return, the hose must be in the same condition as when it arrived. It should be unused, not mounted, and in its original packaging.

Please note that the cost of the return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

It is important to mention that slight imperfections may be present on the hanger or hose due to the production process. These imperfections are unavoidable and should not affect the overall functionality of the product. The only concern would be if the individual components are not functioning correctly.

We offer a 1 year warranty on our hoses only, so you can be sure that you're investing in a quality product. The warranty is valid for any manufacturing defects, but does not cover careless handling or accidental damage.
